Prediction of Marital Satisfaction Based on Perceived Support, Alexithymia and Empressement

مقدمه: تاکنون پژوهش‌های بسیاری به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی پرداخته‌اند. اما نقش عامل‌های مهمی مانند حمایت ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز صمیمیت به طور همزمان مورد تامل پژوهشگران قرار نگرفته است . هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه حمایت ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز صمیمیت با رضایت زناشویی است. روش کار: روش پژوهش این مطالعه پس‌رویدادی و توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و رگرسیون است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان متأهل شاغل به تحصیل می‌شد که در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ورامین مشغول به تحصیل بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 140 نفر از زنان متأهل انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رضامندی زوجیت، مقیاس ارزیابی حمایت اجتماعی، مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی و پرسشنامه نیازهای صمیمیت زناشویی استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که حمایت ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی، ابراز صمیمیت و صمیمیت عاطفی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معناداری دارند. این متغیرها توانستند 44 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را پیش‌بینی کنند و حمایت ادراک شده بیشترین نقش را در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی داشت. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از اهمیت توجه به متغیرهای حمایت ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز صمیمیت در پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی زنان بود. بنابراین، توجه به متغیرهای حمایت ادراک شده، ناگویی هیجانی و ابراز صمیمیت در زندگی زوجین می‌تواند دریافت رضامندی زناشویی را برای آنها تضمین نماید.
